A tail rack and a windscreen, sub-140 kilo weight, and a 250cc engine? It sounds a lot like the Yamaha XTZ 250 to me:

If your language skills are up to it, here's the website:

http://www.yamaha-motor.com.br/motos-nacionais/xtz-250-tenere?

Language skills? Yup sadly, Yamaha Brasil have decided to keep the 250cc Ténéré all to themselves. They really need someone well-respected in the Overland community to give them the hint to bring it into Europe.

You could always drop further down the cubic capacity ladder and take a ride on the Derbi Terra Adventure 125:

117kg, and 15HP, perhaps a little too little for some, but you get a comfortable seat, a screen, handguards, rack, and bash-plate as standard.
