It includes 16 extra pages (400pp total) with a Tale from the Saddle as well as adverts that missed the first print run. It will get to UK shops in a couple of months; North America a bit later. Carnets can simplify border crossing but bikes can get away with buying TVIPs (temporary vehicle import permits) a lot easier than cars.
